Had a HT in south africa cape town MHR, unfortunately for me it didnt look natural, the direction of hair growth and the density aint good, the frontal hairline looks like a silly semi circle, my scar is massive, ive tried to hang onto something im finally going to let go of, damn u hair!. i tried everything, growing it short growing it long nothing looked good, this has gone on now for 3years, some more hair has begun to fall out, the grafts werent put close enough together either, brush it back and it looks silly cant brush it forward cos of the direction the grafts were put in, i feel like a barbie doll that the dogs got hold of. but thankfully with age my face has grown older , no longer baby face, so i decided to shave my head and used shaving cream and razor, grew a stubbly beard and vwala im looking good! thank god i didnt go for more procedures as i know things would only have gotten worse, it seariously looked like i was wearing a wig lol. you guys that have had success im really happy for you, must be nice to have good docs, anyway now for the question and hopefully someone can help, now that im shaven on top , ive noticed that where the single grafts were put in, there are little bumps, like tracks of bumps, almost like a bed of nails under the skin, how do i get rid of these bumps? does anyone know if fraxel laser treatment will help? has anyone else thrown in the towel? i dont mind the scar, it gives character, but i cant tell everyone its from when a lion attacked me lol cos the little aligned bumps everywhere sort of tells that something has been done to my head, one needs to look close to see it, but i dont want to beable to see it. any ideas people? maybe some of the good docs out there have advice? please nothing that requires more scars lol. im thankful ive gotten out with just one across the side of my head, where the lion bit me lol. should there even be small bumps by each graft? thanks for any advice people
