  1. Hello Everybody, So, i just had my HT 3 days ago and was wondering if its to soon to start having sex. The doctor gave me a chart and it mentions no strainious activities for 5 days, but was just wondering other people's opion on this topic??? Also, the doc mentioned that for the first 7 days i'm supposed to sleep on a 45 degree angle. Most days i try but find my self on my side by the morning time. One last question, does anybody have any hints/advise to help with the healing and tips to help with the graft health and recovery. Anyways, thank you all for taking the time to read this and this site is awsome. It should be promoted more at all HT centers. Regards, NisHNasH
  2. Thanks for all the help guys. Just had my HT 4 days ago, and feeling pretty good and positive about it. Not really sure what to expect from this, but just trying to stay positive in everyway and i'm sure it will all work out in the end. Thank you on your advise about the gym. Just to be safe, i will take your advise and wait it out for a month or so. Anyways, thank you for all your support/advise. This site is great and should be promoted at all HT Centers. REgards, NisHNash
  3. Hello There, I'm getting my HT in 2 days and just wondering if anybody has any advise for me. I'm getting 2000 Grafts at Dr. Mckenzies office in Toronto at the Seager Hair Transplant office. I just had a few questions: -How soon can i go back to the gym? -Do they have to shave my head or front of the head? -How noticable is the HT after 2 weeks? -What are some ways to cover HT? -I noticed some people took Rogane after their sugery?? Does this apply to all patients?? Thank you for taking the time to read this and if anybody has any advise or tips, please let me know. I'm a little nervous about the surgery and would love to hear people's opinions on the above questions. Regards, NishNash
  4. Hello To all, New to the site and finding it very informative. Just wanted to introduce my self and hopefully get some advise from people in similar situations. I'm 28 and have noticed my hair thinning in the last 2 years. Currently my hair formation is looking like the Widows Peak ( like a W)... I work in the service industry and looks are very important in that industry. I am going to the Seager Institure in Late ocotober and going to bring my hair line a bit forward, and cover up some of the thinning areas.. My question is, when the hair starts regrowing in new hair line areas, is it really obvious? Due to the place i work, i allways have to look sharp and clean look...How long would it take for the hair to sort of blend in.. Anyways, i would be greatfull for any advise and good luck to you all
