I'm scheduled for a HT in 5 weeks from now. My doctor recommended repeated scalp stretching excercizes in the donor area, which I find difficult to do. Since I don't see much about this in the forum archives, I'd like some opinions on it's importance?

I'm hoping to get an appointment for a HT soon and want to do it in Southern CA. I'm considering Dr. Carman or Dr. Reed, both in La Jolla, any comments on their work or any other recommended Doctors? Also, the costs seem to vary considerably, what is the average per graft cost these days?
