I am considering a hair transplant, but I would like to find one that is not paying to be listed here.
Pat, do you know of any fine physicians that you would recommend who are not paying to be listed here?
Thanks!

Paid Advertising != Patient Advocacy
I just want people to know the difference.

Some the doctors are good.
I am not criticizing the doctors. I am just asking for truth in advertising.
-
I don't have to answer your questions either. I am not getting paid. Pat is. He needs to answer the questions.
You should just go away and let him.
-
Good for you.
Defamation by your landlord would certainly be unethical.

Oh, also while your at it... why not ban Mrjb? His posts are very viral and contrary to the beliefs of many. His intent is just just to deflect the real questions.

So why don't they pay a fee so they can be advertised on Pat's site.. This is his site and a business.. I'm sure they make plenty of money so what is the problem.. It's ok if they do but not if Pat does??
Do you see where I am coming from?
There are many good products but they have to pay to advertise on TV??
Maybe you have an issue with Capitalism ..
Because, when they don't pay the fee, they are defamed.

I just want you to be open and honest with the people on this list.

However, on rare occasions individuals attempt to exploit the openness of our forum to drop poison into the open well. I believe that Perfect Few has shown himself to be such a poster.
Fortunately it is far and few between that any poster or posts need to be removed from this forum.
I think Perfect Few has made his point that I should not make a good living for publishing this community, which he claims is full of shills.
Should we continue to let him make multiple unsubstantiated accusations, many of which are false? Or should his posting privileges now be revoked? Or should we let him continue to create topic after topic in the hopes that he will eventually run his course like any viral infection?
Ultimately this forum needs to focus on patient concerns. It becomes hard to do when some one is intent on creating disruption and division.
Of course if we ban him, Perfect Few will declare our forum morally bankrupt. He can afford not to ban us on his forum because members of this forum are the only ones visiting it. But does any one at this point really care what he thinks or writes?
We are a community and I think this situation should be made as a community.
I welcome all view points - yes - even from Mr. Imperfect Few.
By banning me Pat, you are just proving my point. You are being paid large sums of money for recommending physicians. My view is legitimate. I am about ethical practices.
If you don't want this, then by all means... ban me. Or perhaps get all of your shills to "vote" in banning me. The truth is still out now.

The question is for Pat. If you are Pat, or paid by him, then please answer the question.
Thanks!

Thank goodness I am not a lawyer.
Pat is dodging the questions. Stop being his shill.

So you are saying none of these docs are legit? They pay a fee and then they magically have great patients results and satisfied customers??
Simple answer:
Many of them are.
Pat now please answer my questions!

You make no sense ??
No, I think there are some fine doctors here. I just want real "transparency".

But Perfect there is one point you are missing
THE PATIENTS RESULTS ARE DOCUMENTED TO QUALIFY THE DOCTORS..
They just don't pay the fee and get on here
that's the proof .. Seriously
The many doctors that are not "recommended" also have documented proof that qualify them far more than the paid employees that post here (i.e. jotronic for Hasson and Wong).

The proof: Call the physicians and talk to them about it. Ask them how they got on the "recommended" list.

It's too bad you cannot be more objective and professional..
You may have some input to discuss but your method is child and virus like which kills you credibility
I am not getting paid to promote a doctor. I am a patient who discovered the truth. Now I'm just plain disgusted.

You are saying someone cannot be paid and objective??
So all of the pictures and results of these docs are made up then?? What are you talking about man???
I guess everyone who has a job is a "shill"
I am saying it is unethical to promote a web site as "patient-advocacy" when the promoter is getting paid by the physicians. Simple.

Pat runs a business and so do the doctors. Don't blame him for requiring a QUALIFIED doc to advertise on an objective website. I don't see the yellow pages giving away free page side ads either? I guess they are shills too..
When you point a finger there are 3 pointing back at you..
Anwser the question!

Yet anyone who looks at your profile can see that you first registed on this site on February 6th of 2006 to share your experience with Dr. Goetz. You really need to get your info straight.
My surgery was performed on March 6th. I registered a FULL MONTH before I had my surgery. Get your info straight. I asked about Dr. Goertz and you said "he didn't meet your standards". You lied. It is simple. He refused to pay your fees. Those are your standards. Please tell the truth before it is too late.
P.S. Bill was correct in his statement that some of the doctors on your site could not meet the standards for recommendation here - most notably Dr. Goertz who was removed for doing work as shown in this photo. I also met with Drs. Weinstein and Rousso. While I found them to be gentleman I did not have the confidence to recommend them.
They don't want to pay your fees. It is nothing short of extortion.
An ethical standard that should be followed

I see you have resorted to name calling. Your credibility factor is probably not gaining you any points.
