Technically the crown is very difficult to do. sometimes it's more time consuming than the hair line because of the ever changing hair direction and angles. The main concern with having the crown filled is if the person loses down to a NW7 you then would have an island of hair with insfficient hair to bridge the gap. Finasteride works fairly well to hold and often will improve the crown.
