Ceasar08, I found this shampoo at a Sally's Beauty Supply in California but a beauty supply store should carry it near you: By "Naturelle" hypo-allergenic, fragrance-free, Dermatologist& clinically tested, extra gentle fprmula. They also make a gel the same way. I'm not sure if they make a conditioner, but this is as mild as it gets for shampoos.

johnny_farrell, Have you contacted an actual dermatologist and emailed or talked with him or her personally? I know from personal experience having had a V-beam laser used just on my skin and which is more powerful than the IPL, that the hair will come back. IPL operators do not need to be doctors, and could be using the wrong power and/or laser for your problem.

John2008, I read recently that general anasthesia is not necessary for many--almost all cosmetic procedures like has been liberally used in the past, and some doctors now are just using local so you don't have to be completely put asleep, which is safer. Also lasers are being used for surgery addressing different eyelid/bag surgery, which leaves far less bruising and quicker recovery times, so do your online homework.

notjustyet, Save all of your donor supply! Many with experience have had small and/or subpar sessions, including myself because I was naive at the time. Having had received 800 grafts did absolutely zero of an improvement, which came out in the end to be a little see-through peach fuzz but did leave me with a scar that was totally unnecessary for the next doctor to deal with. In the worse case scenario of hair loss, you will need every bit of your donor hair to maintain a full looking head of hair in the many years to come.

CuriousJungleGeorge, I did hear a doctor explaining that you still can get transplanted hairs from another person using rejection medicines, but that the risk of dying outweighs the benefits of the HT itself.

Flavio, I also don't find it immoral to spend the amount that's being spent on a hair loss cure even if in the research process they don't find a cure for cancer cuz the researchers are busy doing that anyways. Tell whomever says "it's natural" about balding that so is bad eyesight and appendicitis and vomit and cancer. Maybe we should just let that go too. Aesthetics and beauty are at the very top of my list for getting up in the morning and add so much to living so continue improving and striving toward your hair loss goals!

ytoday, Y did you stop drinking coffeee to begin with? The other supplements won't harm your grafts either, but let your clinic confirm that. I wholeheartedly agree with Eman in that why would you want to rush to possibly compromise your new grafts in any way by adding this product or that?? Rest and daily excersise would be of my main concern at this point indefinitely.

Balboa, Won't Dr. Armani have you back into his office to fix your problem? If you really don't think it's even, your probably right. I'm sure he'll want t do the right thing.

john2008, I've fine-tuned the whole color thing. I'm 99.9% right and tell you to stay away from "just for men" even for this one reason: Hair colors, and I've experimented a lot with different brands, and they all leave an red/orange look to your hair. In other words, fake. Hair color, permanent or semi-permanent, won't make your hair fall out. When your ready to color your hair I can save you a lot of frustration and direct you to the couple things I do to almost completely eradicate the red tint that will result.

john2008, Im not sure if I really understand your question. Are you saying if it is safe just to use color on your native hair and not your newly grafted area?

Ceasar08, At one point, I was like you hoping and praying for a burst of late growth, but I kind of knew that it wouldn't happen and it didn't. I finally got the real deal and will post some pics shortly to prove it. The way I started growing in almost immediately at the 3-month mark from my last procedure was like night and day compared to my two priors. By month six all the transplanted hairs should have grown in and would just thicken up from then on. I've heard a lot of talk in the past about "slow growers" and personally feel, and only for the exception of a very few cases, they don't exist. By the way, are you able to tell us atlest how many grafts you received?

Hair2day, I was concerned too about sleeping just right and trying to protect the grafts, but it didn't matter afterall cuz everything came in all right. The cells are already transplanted and its just not that easy to remove them. Other than a gash in the recepient site don't be too concerned.

Annadawn, What a great improvement!!! You must be happy and thankful to Dr. Farjo. Im sure you have plenty of donor hair left also. Keep going!

seattlenomad, Have you checked out the before and after photos of Hasson and Wong? You owe it to yourself to check them out. There ubdoubtedly one of the best clinics in the world, but you take a look and hear what others are saying for yourself.

bocaman, The holes as you describe them may not be "normal" when describing a result coming from an ultra-refined hair transplant. That's not usually the reaction you hear. It may be time to take some pics to see for sure and then go from there!

Its_Going_Fast, Luckily, hair loss is not even noticeable until roughly half of it is already gone! But these are good times to start restoring your hair! I've never heard if donor hair is thicker, and I can guess that it's not.
