  1. Again, thanks Gorpy for pointing that out. Thats what I was hoping to achieve in the hairline appro. 45 grafts/cm2, but during the phone conversation with Dr. keene she said she can implant 30 to 40 grafts in the hairline and 20to 25 behind it. I jsut sent an email request for a dense pack procedure that would have at least 45 grafts/cm2, I hope she agrees with it. Just peeped at your recent photos and your hair looks amazing you must be pleased every time you look in the mirror.
  2. Thanks for your inputs B spot and Gorpy! Thats exactly what i thought, dense pack procedure required at least 45+ FU per sq cm. My goal is to dense pack along the balding hairline area and maybe 20 to 25 multiple fu cm2 around the thining area. Gorpy, you had both procedures with Dr. Keene, how many FU per cm2 did she implant on your first and second procedure?
  3. Thanks for your response Scooping, I had a phone consultation with Dr. Keene lastFriday, I was told that 30 to 40 single FU per sq cm can be implantd in the hairline and 20 to 25 multiple hairs FU per sq cm after the hairline toward the crown and so on. Did she perform this same method on your procedure? I thought dense pack procedure would need more FU per sq cm than I was told. I have the same hair loss pattern, texture and color so your experience with Dr. Keene will be much helpful for me. Any help will be appreciated.
  4. Scooping, your after pictures are impressive. nice and clean. For 2000 grafts, how long is your procedure? I plan to have ht with dr. Keene sometime in August, any last words of advice.
  5. Thanks guys for the feedback. I really appreciate your time dicussing this issue. Viewing Joe and Fal. impressive results is really motivating which otherwise feel hopeless of regaining my hairs back. Anyway, I am 36 year-old, NW3 V-shape pattern hair loss and little thin in the crown area, not taking any medications and hope to achieve sufficient density in U-shape hairline design. After researching I narrowed down to three top surgeons: HW, Shapio and Esptien. Now, can't make final decision for the following reasons: HW requires to shave recipient site which i would rather avoid if all possible for work reason, Shapio states on their site that they can only implant 20-25 FU per sq. cm. in single session and I havn't seem a great result performed by Esptein recenlty, not to disrespect his expertise, at least i dont know about. Any suggestions please jump in as i must have tranplant done this Summer.
  6. How many FU per sq. cm. can a top surgeon such as HW, Shapio, Esptien etc implant in one session? I plan to have 2000 to 3000 grafts covered in the front starting from hairline area. I jst wonder if one session provides enough density since i still have some thin hair coverage in recipient area. Great site i hope someone could provide me direction on this. Any efforsts will be appreciated.
