I have been experiencing dizziness after a month of using minoxidil 5%. I woke a few times from it and felt my heart beat race for a few seconds. Anyone know about this type of side effect? Should i discontinue use?

I am using minoxidil 5%. At the beginning I used it twice a day, but in the morning I have no time for it to dry and my hair looks wet or oily and styling it is a big problem. I started to only use it at night. Is it going to do anything once a day? Can I apply minoxidil when I return home from work then again at night to get two applications a day?
