To all AHS victims out there, I have decided to put together a file for ACCC to investigate AHS for all of the deception and loss it has caused its patients over past years. My friend was a victim, and I was helping him put together a case to obtain a refund. I fortunately got in contact with a number of other victims within Australia, and have still been receiving emails from international victims to date. However, like many victims, he lost the energy to fight the organisation with the fear that it will cause further disappointment. I do not understand why ACCC has not taken action yet, so for the sake of putting an end to this, I am prepared to gather all of the evidence I can get, conduct further research, and compile this all into a claim to ACCC. With the support of as many people as possible, I hope to see an outcome. If this fails, I will forward this to the press to report on, in hope of putting pressure on the government to find justice. Hi I am acting on behalf of my friend who has also been victimised by AHS in Australia. We are currently preparing to lodge a claim with the ACCC. Some has already done this. To my understanding, when the ACCC recieves more than 2 complaints, they will begin investigating AHS. I encourage anyone else, from Australia, to email me on misschan-88@hotmail.com It is now very clear that AHS shows no sympathy towards the extreme financial and emotional distress it has caused. So by gaining as much support as possible, I am confident that we can work together, and with the ACCC, to provide evidence on how AHS has scammed thousands of our hard-earned money in order to obtain a full refund.
