Thanks Arfy, I did find him on this site -- but the site also says that it posts doctors who pay a fee which, while honest, doesn't make this site's endorsement particularly compelling. The endorsement read like an ad -- has Pat met with a number of Gillespie's clients to determine the quality of his work? It doesn't appear so. As regards your other suggestions, good advice and I do plan to try and meet with some actual clients.

Hey folks, I'm interested in getting a hair transplant in Canada and found a guy who is local to my hometown of Calgary -- Dr. Gillespie -- who does work but I haven't heard anything about him on this website or elsewhere. He does the FU method and has an impressive website himself at any rate. Anyone have any experience with him or thoughts on using someone without the big reputation? I would consider the extra expense of travelling to find the best if the difference were considered significant enough. Thanks for any insight!!
