  1. I'm at day 26 and I feel less pain every day. I've cut my hair down to a buzz, and I wash my entire head like the normally. I only feel pain when I workout with weights or do a lot of physical activity. I've cut back on the lifting and only do cardio now. I use neosporin cream, and sometimes an ice pack when I feel pain.
  2. Thanks for your reply. This is my first week working out since I had my stitches removed, I am going to cut back on lifting for the next few weeks and just do cardio.
  3. It's day 23, stitches were removed at day 16. Should my donar area still be sore, esp. when I workout or do a lot of physical activity? The area is still red and a little itchy. I've been using aloe vera, vitamin E, and shampooing on a daily basis.

  5. I used Bactine first aid spray on my donar area until I got the stitches removed, it worked great, easy to use, took the pain away, and it kept the area very clean.

  7. Thanks for all your replies, I feel much better now.
  8. It's day 12, my scalp looks almost the same as it looked before the HT, just a little redness, no more scabs or crusting. I sure hope all the transplants are still there. I am following the Doc's instructions to the letter. Am I too worried? Should I be concerned?

  10. Thanks Man, Ok I will, but I'm going to start with baby shampoo, once I get the sutures out I will use regular shampoo, I'm planning to use "Jason thin-thick" hair and scalp therapy shampoo and conditioner, contains no alcohol, all natural ingrediants.
  11. thanks for your reply. Ok, I'm going to start with baby shampoo though. Yeah Man, I've been waiting to get back to they gym too, I only been doing cardio, I tried to do some push ups but I felt pain around my sutures right away. I'm really going to hit the gym this winter while my transplant are growing.
  12. Hey Troy, are you washing with shampoo at this point? I've been rinsing with the saline, I'm a little afraid to wash and condition at this point, it's been 7 days now.
  13. How are your scabs? Have they fallen off at this point? It's day 6 for me and most of them, at least the larger ones have fallen off. I did some cardio and sat in the steam room.
  14. Yeah Man, I changed my mind plenty of times in the past five years. I just had the procedure done on december 5th, I had the consultation two weeks before. I had to made an impulsive decision to just do it, i'm glad it's finally done. I thinks it's worth the money if it makes you feel better about yourself. I really tried the bald thing for the past six years, other people love it, but it didn't work for me anymore. I couldn't image living the rest of my life bald and not happy with my appearance. Good luck.
  15. Thanks Pat, I was a little worried about the transplants coming out.
