Hello quick question, I am 3 months Post OP, had 1300 grafts, norwood 3, SO DO THE REMAINING HAIRS THAT ARE GROWING NOW, DO THEY fall out, and then grow again forvever?? I THOUGHT THAT AT ONE POINT AROUND THE 3 TO 4 MONTH TIME FRAME, THAT THE HAIRS THAT ARE GRAFTED FALL OUT AND THEN THEY GROW FOR GOOD?? CAN SOMEONE CLEAR THIS UP FOR ME??

well U know It was dense after the TRANSPLANT, BUT I guess I see the potential I heard u have to wait until the 6 month mark, and then the ONE YEAR MARK IS THE KEY, SO hang in there, and keep me posted, this is the stressed out time, but everyday that goes by is a step closer to your hairline coming back

I really think MATTHEW MCCONGONNY(SP), Had Ht, I mean he was at one Point losing his hair big time, I really dont believe in that other product he was pushing..as far as SLY STALLONE, One of the girls WHO was a MEDICAL ASSISTANT DOING MY HT, said she wrked on slys hair before

Well its been almost a Month now, the Scabs are gone, and I cant wait for the remaining hairs to fall out so I CAN WALK AROUND WITHOUT A HAT ON... I feel good about it, .. Well Mine was about 4 hrs and it didnt seemed rushed, They did take quite a bit donor hair meaning that the scar is pretty big, I guess it is 1300, but you know if I do it again, I will ask the number of grafts to see them and the outline and number of hairs, I guess I was to nervous and anxiuos, I guess in about 7 to nine months I will be able to see the wrk

I recently had HT NORWOOD 3 1300 GRAFTS, FROM A reputable doctor, not from Reccommend from this site but is well known. Well there was a 3 dollar per graft special. 2 other people on this site had mentioned they went to the Doctor and felt they did not get the right amount of grafts.. I am new to all this and I trusted this doctor, I never asked to see or count the grafts.. I feel as though I did not get the right amount, Just doesnt feel or look like I had 1300 grafts??? which consisited of 2 and 3 hairs, so that means there should be more the 2500 to 3000 hairs on my head, and now after 2 weeks post op, there is no way..it looks like 3000 hairs on my head. My theory is that WHY SHOULD THE DOCTOR PUT IN 1300 GRAFTS, IT BENEFITS THEM, meaning less wrk, and then when your hair grows in you say " OH IT LOOKS NICE I NEED ANOTHER HT SO YOU GO BACK TO THE DOCTOR, AND THEY GET MORE MONEY.. I dont know maybe I am making a big deal about this, I could use some peoples opinion.. I mean when they say they are giving you the amount of grafts HOW DO WE KNOW?? ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS I am going to take pics of my head and post it, and get peoples or doctors opinion. I had mine done by S KHAN, WHO IS A FEMALE, I had it done 2 weeks, ago, had 1300 grats done, not to bad, surgery was good, hairline, I like, Now just have to see if it grows good, I did my studying on them it was a good experience, But Like I said I am waiting to see how my HAIR TURNS OUT

Hi, I just got my 1300 Grafts put in Sat, I am 35 norwood scale 3 and in my 4th day of recovery from surgery sat(aug 16th), My quesion is HOW DOES ONE KNOW HOW MANY GRAFTS HE GETS, FOR SOME REASON IT DOESNT LOOK LIKE 1300 HAIRS, ARE all the hairs suppossed to stick out that were grafted or are they in the Skin already and u are not supossed to see them????

U know I just had it done, and I was a 3 on the norwood scale, I am 35, I waited a couple of years, I would wait, just to see how far you progress

Yes I gotthem pretty cheap, U know I dont know it doesnt look like I got 1300 grafts, but then again I have single haoirs and double hairs, U know I go next tueday to get my stitches Out I know the doc wont be there, I am going to ask a MEDICAL ASSISITANT, I got to know HER AND SHE HAS BEEN telling me secrets, and I am going to ask her, If I got them, oh well

I had my procedure done aug 16th, 4th day of I do have swelling, and take the Pain medicine as a Caution, I to got about 100 grafts free, I am 3 on the Norwood scale, and got 1300 Grafts. I do have a full set of hair, just receding at the crowns 35 years old...My question is HOW DO WE KNOW WE ARE GETTING THAT MANY GRAfTS?? I know They say I have 1300, But Looking at my sclap, It doesnt look like it??? and Is it painful to get the stitches out??? I get them out next week But I know the feeling, I am estatic Its over I am so excited it bothered me for years, and since I am not wrking Right now, I can relax at home, Every day that goes by I feel better and better Its over with, and I can go on, But in all honesty, I am already thinking about getting my 2nd one, so I can achieve that max density, Becuase It really seems like 2 transplants gives you the BEST RESULTS, NO MATEER what u ARE ON THE norwood scale!
