Been doing a few consults in the NY area recently and saw Dorin, Bloxham and Dr. Shaver @ Bernstein medical. Given you're coming from a NW6, I'd probably recommend speaking with Dr. Bloxham first as he seemed most willing to do more aggressive procedures. He also had the lowest consult fee of those 3. Can you share any sources on this? Re: Dr. Wesley, I got on the "wait list" for a consultation a few months ago and still haven't heard anything. Everyone else got me in within a few weeks.
