  1. Hairbank,(Mike) Accept apology about my comments on your HT. I hope you understand. I did take offense about your comment about DMG.But that's behind me now. I don't like getting into a debate. we all have opinions.(hope you understand). Jotronic, photo imaging?Gray?top of head combed and wet? Age plays a role, smoker?, lifestyle, diet? airbrush?look at your photo closely, do see what I see?I'm finish debating, and needs to focused on my work. By the way, You look familiar?hummmm?where(school, place?)?when?Anyway,I respect your opinion.(none taken on my end) Bspot,Bill, Youngguy Thank you for your support and word of encouragements. I just have one last comment to say: I have work to do, I will take this experience to it's full advantage in helping my patients. It's been great. And for the rest who visits the site: Thank you and goodluck on your Ht decisions. Have a wonderful Spring/Summer!
  2. Hi Hairbank Well I guess I'm not making myself clear with you hairbank.I'm confused, when you ask me directly and did'nt respond I did say I'm learning the situatiion and the site, did you not read my apology? or do you really and intentionally want to keep bringing it up.I did join HTN on Dr. Deyarman's defense at the same I am new to the site. I am learning at the same time. All I'm trying to do is to fixed the problem. I am also disappointed considering we have not seen the patient for check up to take our own after photos. On the other hand,my comments made to your outcome were sincere. my last note if you do read it, I did mention it should look more, and you may have more to yet grow and should wait next year see what happens. The "deal" I mention ws about money, "you do get what you pay for and if not then q#2 you haven't had an answer for me is what type of hair graft, 1's,2's, 3,'s or any 4's? that could also be the factor. if all single and 2's then that would explain the slight thinness.I really want to be part of this site and give my help.I hope my 13 years experience working for different surgeons from Chicago, Houston, seattle and California and what I have learned now and then can contribute to the forum. I'm not here to get into debate or shouting match, besides I'm a quite shy girl.I just want to do good to the community not make enemies. . Thanks. Rebecca(radgav)
  3. Hello everyone and thank you for all the support. I do understand how you guys feel. I would like to express my apology, remaining quite was not intentional.I join DeYarman Group on October 2006,and learn about the Coalition and his status.I needed a break to absorved and understand the situation and find a solution.I did realize one thing, after having old patients come for check up, I found out that it wasn't because we have a bad Dr. it was because he didn't have the right technicians. My apology goes out to everyone. On that note,I had set up a protocol and replace our surgical technicians as soon as I was able to find excellent ones. Given what I know now and reading all the comments from his past patients gives the drive to work harder. That is, making sure this doesn't happen again to any patients. I was saddened by this because I do know how patients feel from the start, having a few of my own friends and family have done hair transplant. This is really a big deal not just for the patients but also for me. I know I'm in a tight position, I see this as a challenge and a strenght.I would like to see excellent returns and well satisfied patients. Lastly, I also feel the outcome comes majority from the technicians, we are the hands that cut, place and care for your grafts. I do have a lot on my plate right now, and I will give my extra time to really get involve (Bill). For now I appreciate everyone's support and patience. We will be following up with patients results and I will be updating our photos. Thank you to all. Rebecca (radgav)
  4. Hairbank, I would like to give my apology for not responding to this quote earlier. I was caught up on my own defense from all the attack and harsh comments. I am on everyone's side, This is my passion and what I love to do. Going back on your concern if you do look thin for having 5000 grafts? in my experience of 12 years surgical tech, seeing results from the patients, you shoul have more coverage. given you did take the photos outdoors, were all grafts mostly 1's, 2's. 3's or maybe 4's will give you more fullness. What I also know is that outcomes are very individualized. Give it a little over a year, you may not have all full grown just yet.I think that's the hardest part of hair transplant is "waiting".
  5. I just read my note, maybe,I was typing too fast.Thank you, but I think it takes common sense to understand what you're reading,I believe everyone mis types every now and then it's okay as long as it's not a Will or a Contract.Whether we use lower or upper case,as long as everyone understands what you're saying it's okay. By the way,is this an Essay/Spell check competition? Does anyone speaks and write proper English anymore? On the otherhand,Hairbank and the rest did understand me and responded nicely. So are you saying that maybe English is not their first language? or maybe they also not know how to spell? ummmh? Also,we would like to stay on the subject, which is Hair transplant. Is what this website is all about right? Hair transplants show and tell, not proofreading blogs, but thanks for the comment
  6. Thank you Pat As I have mention, I am very motivated to get DMG back on the Coalition and with our new skilled technicians and including myself and excellent quality control, we will make you very proud. Your understanding is greatly appreciated and motivational.-radgav-
  7. Sorry about that, as I'm still getting the hang on the website. check out the updated photos and currently getting upgrades. Thanks for the suggestion.
  8. Thanks hairbank. it's mistype NW6 is 9months and he just ahd a second with us during his 11 months visit. so we shall yet to see his results.
  9. Thanks for the comment and suggestions everyone I am always open to suggestions. I am still getting to know the whole website.I am updating the album each day and as we get our patient for follow up visits since our change of surgical technicians, we are seeing excellent outcome. Thanks, Radgav
  10. Actual number of grafts is 1105, and yes all grew in. thanks for the comment Hairbank looks great
  11. I agree given hairbank is tall. i do have one question, are you planning to do maybe one last procedure? it looks like you still have some donor left. Also good to hear that hair loss for you had stop....
  12. I appreciate everyone's opinion,I do believe everyone's entilted to have their own opinion. I guess as long as Hairbank is happy with his results, great! I am just speaking from experience and patients outcome.I have done a handful of patients who I hope to join in to the forum to share their photos for show and tell. In years of experience I really would like to see patient happy. my job is to salvage all that is left and what's left do count. And if Hairbank is satisfied with his coverage kudos for you. And Hairbank any most recent photos and I was wondering if you have any of your donor area scar pictures.?
  13. I have over 13 years experience in Hairtransplant and that includes scalp reduction and Brandy procedures. I am a concern individual who pays attention to pt's outcome. with respect to limited donor area I would like to see better coverage when a patient is salvaging all what is left. thank you for your reply I am just concern about your outcome after reviewing all your photos from finish to end. In the field of Hair restoraiton, one of my favorite quote is, "Many of the things you can count, don't count. Many of the things you can't count, count." by A.Einstein.
  14. QUOTE]Originally posted by hairbank: NTBY- Dr. DeYarman used to be recommended here but is not at the present time. You can read this thread if you'd like further details. I don't know much about Dr. Reed but would encourage you to search the site using its "find" feature to obtain information. There are many excellent surgeons recommended by the site's coalition........the link is at the top left of this page. Any details you can share regarding your loss? Are you doing anything to prevent further loss?
