update please!

Hi guys, hope you are well. I am 32 years old and underwent a hair transplant surgery in Colombia (I am from Europe originally). I was Norwood I and I wanted to lower the hairline because I always had a large forehead (maybe too low) and re-work the temples that I lost. It has been 7 months since the surgery. I know it is early to see the full result but I can already see that the temples are too thick and doesn't match with the rest of the area. For the frontal area, it is not very dense and far from an ideal result (it is maybe too early to judge that part). Can you please tell me what you think about the temples (I asked my barber to shorten the temples otherwise the difference is very visible). If I want to go for a second one surgery, which surgeons do you recommend for that kind of repair (temples and potentially density on the frontal area). I am pretty flexible in terms of budget and location. Many thanks All the best
