  1. I posted some images above. Are they not showing? To update - I asked my doctor and she said that I should pull them out so new hair can grow and that they are not failed grafts.
  2. Hey guys, thanks for the replies. Here are some pictures of each side that I just took. I had 2,300 grafts to the hairline with HairTran in Thailand. To reiterate - basically some of my original transplanted hairs never shed, but also never grew. I'm only a week away from the 5 month mark, so I'm not too concerned yet. I was just wondering if this is a common thing at this stage to still have so many that haven't shed or been pushed out by new growth. Like I said, I was able to gently pull one of them out. It didn't have a bulb or anything attached to it, just about 3 hair strands.
  3. I had an FUE procedure done for a receding hairline June 14, so I'm about a week shy of the 5-month mark. I've noticed that on one side of my head I still have quite a few of the short spiky transplanted hairs that haven't shed mixed among the new growing hair. The other side has some, but not as many. To be sure, I gently pulled one out with some tweezers. It slipped right out, so they're definitely the original un-shed hairs. I am definitely seeing hair growth otherwise, but is it common to still have so many unshed transplanted hairs among the new growth at 5 months post op? Thanks!
