35 days post op

Hi guys I've recently done a hair transplant at smile hair clinic working on my hairline. Total graft count was 2850 grafts. I'm 35 days post op but my donor area still seems a bit sparse compared to other results ive seen. I'm just wonder is this a case of shock loss or did they over harvest my donor region? Also is the area they retrieved the hair from supposed to be to obvious compared to the untouched region one month in? cause i can clearly see the "box" they took the hair out from
