Yeah I actually shaved my head shortly after taking those photos back in February. It's a lot of maintenance keeping it shaved to look good. After just 4-5 days it looks bad, and the maximum I've gone since then without shaving it is 10 days. It looked very bad. I also wouldn't say that my max budget is 3k. It's just what Dr.Yaman quoted me based on his evaluation. I'm 29 years old now, and yeah I'm actually considering starting some kind of medical treatment regarding scalp/crown, and then do HT FUE for hairline only for now.

You recommended me Dr. Pittela and Dr. Zarev for giga sessions. Do you have any doctor you'd recommend for FUE hairline work only? And regarding medical treatments, do you think it's best to follow the recommendations from the same doctor that I might chose for the HT too? Or doesn't it matter? Do you have any doctors you can recommend regarding medical treatments?

I'm not a fan of medications such as finasteride or minoxidil and honestly do not even want to just "test" it, as I am very confident that it's not something I would want to continue taking for the rest of my life. However I would absolutely want to try an PRP treatment, and I've seen most HT clinics offering 1-3 PRPs included in the HT. Do you think a suitable option for me would be to do FUE at the very front part of my head (hairline) and then do a couple of PRP treatments for 1-2 years after the HT surgery to see the results of that? With medical therapy, do you mean taking medications or also PRP treatments? If so, please read my response to the comment above where I explain my thoughts about taking medications such as finasteride/minoxidil.

Just watched this video and he said that you can get more out of the total reserves if you do a large FUT, and then follow it up with an FUE. Would you say this applies to me as well? Could you link me to where I can read up on the recent reviews you mentioned? Regarding being wise about which doctor I chose for such procedure, could you point me in the right direction to start researching? From what I've found up until now it's all just reviews etc. related to FUE.

Do I need 4000 grafts? - Why I'm asking this is because not long ago I was at Nordic Hair Clinic in Sweden for a consultation. The doctor there gave me an estimate of 2000-2500 grafts in total. As it's been a while I understand if I'd require a bit more, but not double. 2. Would you say the price is cheap, fair or high? - I saw another review from a guy that did 5000 Grafts at Dr.Yaman and paid the same price, and that got me question it a bit. 3. Would you say 4000 grafts in one session is recommended? - From what I've read, I understand that this completely depends from clinic to clinic, and the doctors skills in managing donor area. But most comments I've seen said that one should stay at max 2500 grafts per session. 4. I've only researched doctors and clinics that focuses on FUE, but I've heard about other methods like FUT and some other which I can not remember the name of. Do you have any advice regarding the different methods, and which ones would be best suited for my HT?
