Just leave it. Follow his instructions and wash it under gentle water and that should take care of the rest.

Hi mate, not pre-op but post-op to see the extraction pattern and how closely the extracted the grafts to judge for the shock loss, but either way, it will not be possible to give conclusive answers. For now i would either way just have patience, it is very normal with some shockloss - 4600 grafts is a fair bit in one go!
-
The truth is no one knows. It could just be shockloss, in which case it can take up to 6 months to recover, so I would not worry yet. Atleast it looks like they have extracted from all the back and up over the ears which is good. Which clinic did you go to? Do you have any immediate post-op pictures from the donor area?

Looks great Woody. All the best

So the 3200 graft didnt include the Crown? Could you tell us where did you have this done? I would say 3200 grafts is okay but on the lesser side for that area covered, most guys are on 3500+ as it extends quite backwards and to your temples. Then there might be some areas affected by poor Growth as mentioned, it might be a mix of everything…

You are very young, and based on your picture it seems not just to be the frontal region which already have a high degree of hairloss for your age, but also midscalp seems to be affected. You will need to monitor if finasteride completely pauses your hairloss for a longer period or only slow it down as it does for many. For many men hairloss is most aggressive untill their mid 30s, which if is the case with you, might mean you dont have enough donor available to correct it later on. Likewise as you get older, it will be more easy to predict your final NW pattern and a surgeon will be able to tailor a longterm plan for you on how to manage your donor capability to the best extend so it will also look good as you age.

Stay on fin and consider adding Minoxidil to your regimen. Delay any HT for some years as you are too young at 22 as it could backfire as your hairloss will progress as you are still just 22, potentially ending up in a worse situation that you are in now.

Do you have the post OP pictures to see graft placements?
-
Started 14 days post OP according to my Dr…
i didnt read the “ORAL” part I thought you talked about topical, so disregard!

Ditto see the cobblestoning… I can see you wished to get an aggressive lowering of your hairline but I cant really grasp why Eugenix would agree to lower your hairline so much with you being 28 years only and clearly had an aggressive (and diffuse) hairloss.

I dont know with you, but I would never want to work for free, so I dont think it is unreasonable they charge you for taking their time. It also serves to show who is more serious. I would be more sceptical if someone was offering it for free!

Chill out mate you should be all fine. Many doctors let you wash the hair on the day after surgery, as long as you do it with low pressure. It wont ruin anything. All the best

It does seem the extraction itself have resulted in many of the hairs have been extracted from the back of the head and the spread out the extraction of hair follicles have been not ideally done.
-
It looks great. I am sure you will get a killer result🙂

Eugenix for a repair? If you see how many hits and misses they have had recently for procedures easier than a repair I would stay far away. Bisanga springs to mind as an excellent repair surgeon.

With all respect Melvin I dont really care WHO is administrators on this site.
I think the question should be more of WHAT… Qualities.. Do you want to see in a Administrator?
Knowledge is mentioned but what about being an effective communicator, being able to listen and have good problem solving skills? Having integrity… The list goes on, but I suppose that is where you wanna be headed when you select those interested.
All the best

The hairs will initially be very tiny and wispy. With time it will thicken and mature giving a more dense look. The best thing, and hardest, is to try keep yourself occupied and trust in the process.
-
Your absolutely on YOUR track. Remember there is no such thing as a standard track which applies to all. Everyone grow differently and it also depends where on your head the grafts have been placed. The back part towards the crown is always slower due to limited blood supply. You look good, and growth is clearly there. 🙏

Looks clean and refined with the usual Nader spiderweb. A conservative hairline which will still look more youthful now but also as you age. Looking forward to see your progress 🙏

Kacan,
There is 683 pages with patient results within this section. 90% of these contain what you are looking after, you can even use the search section if you wanna see patients who have had same doctor as you. Requires a bit of effort but that will give you the answers you are looking for.
all the best

I think it’s supply and demand. If the surgeons demand is too high, especially for someone like Pinto who does it all himself. He has to raise the prices to make himself accessible.
Sorry Melvin I was just being sarcastic, but anyway, fair play it is all well deserved on his part and everyone else who have succes in their careers. 2.95€ or 3.5€ - I have been a happy customer anyway 🙂

€2.95 if you booked early 2023 - but seems inflation is very high within hair restoration doctors 😜

My surgeon said after 15 days it was fine to use it again, so I would not worry
Are my grafts damaged?
