Hello, I'm seeking advice on hair transplantation feasibility. I'm 33 with thick, curly/wavy hair. I have Norwood 6/7 alopecia, with retrograde alopecia affecting my donor area. Fortunately, my beard provides a good donor source. Can Propecia or similar medications halt alopecia and rejuvenate the hair? I haven't tried any treatments yet. My aim isn't perfect hair, but rather sufficient coverage for sun protection and a decent appearance.
