I don't generally wear my hair very short in the back but that was a thought I had if I have fue and shave to graft the scar

I had FUT with Cooley for my hairline very pleased....just consulted with him on my crown and he recommended FUT again One reason I chose Cooley besides his photos and videos was he did not shave donor area. Im ideally looking to do FUE this go around so not sure he is in the running

From my experience in consulting doctors in person and online for the coverage you want and require FUT is the method for a megassion over 3000 grafts. You need to be concerned with your donor area. If you do a 5000 graft FUT, it may be in the cards for you to do an FUE in the future. To do a 5000 graft FUE may result in donor over harvesting. I did a 1250 graft FUT to the hairline 5 years ago and am happy with the result now I want to touch up the hairline and address the mid scalp and crown. Several have recommended 2500 grafts FUE, original doc has recommended 3000 grafts FUT. Hasson recommended 2500 grafts but will consider a 2 day procedure based on seeing my donor area in person and I could get another 1000-1500. Im 59 this is the last procedure I want to have so I will go to the max as long as my donor area is not over harvested

I had a 1200 graft fut 6 years ago on the frontal hairline lm happy with my hairline looking to make it more dense and fill in the mid and top scalp I have consulted several well know clinics one well known surgeon offers no shave and ACELL I would shave recipient area as I need the grafts the other 2 well known surgeons require shaving donor and recipient areas was recommended 4000 grafts in a 2 day session any thoughts opinions and experience if the outcome for no shave FUE is commensurate to shave FUE are appreciated

I just started using topical drops finesteride/minoxidyl . I was emailed by a clinic they are offering topical drops finestride/minoxidyl/dutasteride with small percentage dutesteride. My question is the following. Can I use my topical finestesteride/minoxidyl with Siloxsysterm dutasteride gel? Second question Which is more effective the SiloxysSystem finasteride Gel or the Dutasteride gel ? or can you use them together ?
