  1. Day 10 photos. Nearly all the scabs are gone, and the pain is nearly gone. Slight itchiness in the donor and recipient areas. Loving how it all looks before the shedding phase starts!
  2. Day 6 pics. Everything seems to be healing well, but man the donor pain and itching is insane. I've been having to take THC gummies to bear the pain. Today seems to be better though.
  3. I requested the widows peak. I didn't want a jarring change with a purely straight hairline. If I don't like it, I can always do a touch-up procedure to bring the rest of the hairline down.
  4. Currently I'm 4 days post op, and I'm happy with my results. Everything seems to be healing as expected, and there were no hiccups during surgery. I made a video about my experience here: I'm having trouble sleeping, getting maybe 4 hours of sleep per night, but I am very disciplined in post op care. What do y'all think? Areas seem dense, and the hairline looks natural to me.
  5. Yes I have been on fin for over a year now. Off and on with min but I plan on trying oral min soon. I'll be flying from LHR to IST soon. I'll update the post with my procedure experience
  6. Here it is with a fresh cut a few months ago. These are the same pics I sent to the clinic for evaluation.
  7. That's a great idea. Thank you I will take a look. Unfortunately it's tough to find examples of people with my condition. I have an odd mix of thick and thin hair.
  8. Hello, I am flying from the US to Turkey today to see Dr Turan, and I've been growing my hair out lately for the first time in a very long time. I usually get my hair cut with a 0 or 1 on the sides/back, and I haven't had a hair cut in months. I noticed that my sides (specifically the left) are thin. I believe the right side is standard MPB, but the left is concerning. The back seems very thick and healthy, but the left side is rough. I honestly didn't realize this before, and I'm afraid I'll fly all the way out to Istanbul and told I can't do the procedure. I reached out to the clinic yesterday about this but haven't heard back. Is anyone able to maybe calm my nerves? I know I know I should have been more thorough before setting up the appointment, but here I am now. I guess if I can't go through with the procedure, I'll get to explore Istanbul for a few days...
