  1. @eze you have all the before and after pics + all details here. Hope this helps you and others. If you have any further questions please drop me a direct message. Thanks.
  2. @WoundedWolf to be honest I didn’t ask but I’ve noticed no difference in the skin after I started shaving those hairs. Sorry for the late response but i hope you find it useful.
  3. Update day 65 past correction surgery with BHR clinic Dr. Bisanga (first session) I’ve taken two set of photos one with wet hair and the others with dry hair for you all to evaluate. first wet hair photos dry hair photos: as you can see from my hairline especially the left side with less hairs on forehead that the scars are barely noticeable. However, my right side of the hairline is still needs a lot of improvement from hair removal and laser treatment to the skin. For the donor area as you can see from the wet hair pictures you can see through the hairs and still see the scars and gaps but when the hair is dry it is barely noticeable that I even had a hair transplanted in the first place from that area. There are still some areas in the donor with almost no hair that looks patchy (you can see it behind my ears). I will address these to Doctor Bisanga on my second removal/correction session. now since i am past the two months mark from the first session. I will coordinate with BHR clinic again to book my second session. Probably with in the next few months. I am taking it easy and no rush on this journey, and I trust Doctor Bisanga and his team on their work. i hope you’ll find this useful and helpful. drop me a message if you need extra info.
  4. Update day 25: I stopped using the healing cream at day 21. But i still use it sometimes when i feel the skin is dry. I shaved the area where grafts were removed yesterday to allow you to see the skin healing progress. I would say my left side of the hairline looks more better than the right side. That is maybe due to the density of hairs on the right side as it still has many grafts needs to be removed. and here are my donor photos. my next update will be between day 50-60.
  5. Quick update day 12 : i went today here in Kuwait for my 1st PRP session and i asked to inject and focus the PRP injection on both recipient and donor areas to enhance the healing process and enhancing the growth of the new implanted hairs. I am planning to do 3 sessions of PRP with in the next two months. (3 weeks to 1 month between each session)
  6. @WoundedWolf hi, i am planning to do laser resurfacing for the hairline area , however, i need to complete the extraction process from that area first and then probably I’ll start the laser resurfacing sessions. I might delay it after i finish my correction sessions first (after implementing and recreating the hairline with singles) but I haven’t discussed this with Dr. Bisanga yet. Also yes i am planning to implant more singles to camouflage the doubles and triples which you can see them now clearly sitting in the first row of my hairline. As per Dr. Bisanga’s recommendation I require at least three sessions to recreate a proper hairline.
  7. Update day 11 post correction surgery. Left side looks more better and I believe because of the number of grafts were less than the right side. Plus not too many miss angles (wrong direction) of hairs were there that made it easy to doctor to extract. still hairs are growing in all directions but I would say its 70 percent less than before the extraction. But still the area needs a lot of improvement from extraction to laser resurfacing to look better. I will update again in day 20 and focus here to see the progress of skin healing. Scaps/crusts are now off, can not complain about my donor repair it looks much more better from the sides , you can clearly see the new implanted grafts with thicker hairs and darker colour. Hopefully after 3 months it will look even more better when the hairs stars to grow.same as this side
  8. What I’ve heard from close friends who knows some of the team that made the raid on the clinic yesterday that their business is associated with money laundering as well. They investigated the accounts of the main financing person Haider Ahmed and found around 66 million dollars in his account with no sources to support that account inflation. Also, found that he is in a close contact with some of the Kuwait corrupt retired parliament members covering up his clinic making it easy for him and his team to operate with no proper license and certified doctors. Although the so called Haider claims to be a hair transplant specialist while not acquiring a doctoral degree. He used to be an interpreter to Kuwaitis who wants to go to Iran to do a hair transplant back in the day. They’ve done me so bad and i knew right after my surgery once I’ve done my research on this field that they’re only caring about people’s money. What type of clinic that can take up to 50 patients per day!! In one large operation room with lots of beds! With just technicians working with only one Iranian lady Doctor (i bet if she was a doctor as well) going around all checking and repeating the same phrases to technicians “push graft more push” And the promise results is below average with a lot of mistakes. Too many are suffering from that clinic but maybe desperate to look for solution or talk publicly about it like what i do now.
  9. @Berba11 as I discussed with Dr. Bisanga during consultation he recommended 3 sessions to correct the hairline. Probably the next session will be the same as the first (removal of wrong grafts and replacing them back in the donor), then the third will be building a proper hairline with proper singles. if you ask why it is taking more than one session to complete the repair, it is because that is Dr. Bisanga’s method of repair, basically allowing the skin to heal in a proper way rather than stressing it with too many punchings that will leave bigger scars and reduce the chance of future implanted hair to grow back in that area. That is for the hairline. For donor repair I might go for an additional single session on a later stage to repair as a whole. But I haven’t decided yet. Hope you find my words useful.
  10. Padra Clinic (the famous hair mill of the middle east) are now closed due to many violations. I am so pleased to hear the news and here to share it with you. this is the same clinic that done me so bad. You can see my previous threads about it, and how I was lucky to finally find one of the best legit doctors in this field to repair the damage they made on my scalp.
  11. Recipient update: day 6 Pictures taken under good sunlight (not direct sunlight) scab/crust are getting dryer and some are starting to fall off by them selfs. I will do the scab/crust washing after day 10. Then update again.
  12. @RTC see pic below, I’m using this cream twice a day on the scars. This was given to me by BHR clinic. It says in the papers to use it only for a week but I’ll keep applying it to the scars up to day 14. Anyways its 94% natural ingredients even if I used it more it won’t harm the skin.
  13. @RTC thanks bro! yes I’m feeling super after removing them. in terms of sleeping I found it difficult especially the first few nights, but I'm now used to it trying to squeeze my pillow to fit just between my neck and cheek so it can lift my head up while sleeping. Anyway I’m taking good care of those new implanted grafts.
  14. Update: Day Five after repair Healing going in the normal way. No pain at all in both recipient area and donor. I Will take another photos under the sunlight in few days for the next update, probably day 8-10.
  15. @jjalay yes i am planning for my second correction session to improve the donor even more by extracting more plugs from hairline. Not sure actually if I would have enough grafts to improve the overall donor but definitely the second correction session will cover more over harvested empty gaps, at least enhance the overall look of the donor especially when I cut my hair short. If i keep my donor hair like 2-3 cm long i have no visible gaps, i only like to cut my hair short from the sides and back. My main focus is the hairline looks. Once I’m done with that I’ll plan to look for options to improve overall donor. hope you find my reply useful.
  16. Day two post correction surgery with Doctor Bisanga BHR Clinic in Brussels, after first wash, healing is going pretty normal, recipient area looks clean and all new hairs in the same direction of the existing hairs. Hopefully by next week when the scaps/crusts are off the hairs i will post another pictures with better even better quality. follow me i will try to post updates here every now and then.
  17. One day post surgery. Swelling is nothing compared to that cheap clinic that done me so bad (the Padra clinic, the unprofessional, hair mill of the Middle East). No pain at all in both hairline (considered as donor) and recipient areas behind ears. I had to put healing cream 2 times a day on hearline scars. and also spray my recipient area to keep it wet every 2 hours with a spray that was given to me by BHR clinic. (Note the lines showing on my forehead right and left side in the first 3 pics is from covering my head tight with a bandana to avoid sunlight) nothing serious 😂 Keep following me here i will hopefully post every week for an update. if you have any questions drop me a message please.
  18. @baddecisions hi, in todays surgery Dr. Bisanga punched out from my hairline around 250/300 grafts and placed them back in my donor. Hopefully my 3 month time from now i can show you all a great picture and results.
  19. @Nikoni it will leave scars but hopefully they not noticeable. If it appears to be big scars then i will go for laser surfacing of the skin but that would be in a later stage after I finish my correction journey.
  20. If you follow my previous thread. You would definitely understand my situation. Today I would like to share with you my journey on deciding to go for the best doctor in the field of correction surgery (post hair transplant) and he is Dr. Bisagna BHR clinic in Brussels Belgium 🇧🇪, since I suffered a-lot from the past surgery that was done in a worst hair transplant clinic in the Middle East (Padra Clinic) they also operate in Kuwait, Doha Qatar and Dubai UAE. You need to avoid them trust me. Look for good doctors here in this platform and read before you choose the wrong place. so back to Dr. Bisanga. I Went to see him this morning. Doctor was so welcoming asked me few questions to evaluate my case and then showed my the grafts that meant to be removed on his screen and did circle two parts of my donor where those graft are going to be placed there. We had a bit chat about things i wanted to know before we go in to the surgery. in the surgery room you basically listen to Good music while the team take cares of you. First they shave a bit from the parts that need placement of grafts. And obviously shave the hairline to extract the unwanted pluggy greafts from there. once that done the star punching your scalp with anaesthesia which is the only annoying part. and then Dr. Bisanga will punch one by one carefully from the unwanted area that whould take him probably 1-1hr straight to finish all. Then they flip you to the other side so they can place the graft back in you donor again. And that would take same time as the punching. So in total you spend 3-4 hours in the clinic. Before you can finish your nice meal they give you and you are off togo. follow me here i will update everynow and then. i will show you other photos once i remove the bandage on the hairline soon
  21. This is right after the correction Surgery with Dr. Bisanga, puchout unwanted grafts in the hairline and placing it be h in the donot. I’m
  22. @Melvin- Moderator thank you Melvin your words means a lot to me. I will do my best to update every now and then to give you all clear picture of my journey.
  23. And here also from front my hairline looks a bit better when I shaved the wrongly placed grafts that been placed very low. Hopefully after they’re removed my hair line will look much more better. (Zoom in the hairline to see the shaved parts)
