I'm not really a doctor... can't tell you for sure. What I feel is that Turan don't feel confident that's all really. Yaman on the other hand feels very positive about the procedure, hance the initial question: can i trust him? Can I feel safe going to him?

Yeah sure that makes sense. And also no one said anything bad about Yaman thus far so, that s good, it does making me feel better indeed.

Yes, the rest of clinics I talked to like Cosmedica, Yavuz or HLC estimate between 3500-4000 grafts safely, so 3000 makes me feel quite comfortable. I asked the question as I am close to going for it and want to feel safe and comfortable making that decision.

Thank you. He said that the donor is good and that he can comfortable extract 3000 grafts without overharvesting and keeping goof donor management. I told him that the donor management is important to me. He also assured me that the 3000 will allow him to give me a natural looking hairline with good density.

Just to clarify, the donor is quite good. It is the multiple angles that the hair grows in, which makes the extraction harder. Also, such is not confirmed is only what I ve heard from a 'specialist' in Poland. It feels that Turan not having the chance of seeing me in person before the procedure chose to back down. To add, on top od that... from what it seems both Turan snd Yaman are well regarded on this forum so, if one of them says one thing and the other second. What would that mean? You referred to Turan as a doctor completely misregarding Yaman. How objective is that? So yes, you made plenty of assumptions and my question was simple - can Yaman be trusted? Can I feel safe going to him?

Hi there, so I was initially going for Dr. Turan, but once he heard that the donor area may not be easy to work on and that their might be a risk of a higher than normal (normal for them, i.e. 0.17%-0.33%) transection rate he backed down. He also gave me a super low number of grafts during the initial assessment less than 2000 (I think it was 1750 tbe), and I am well in my N3. Dr. Yaman proposes 3000 and feels confident about the procedure. Can I feel safe going to Yaman? Should I think of someone else instead? My budget is limited. Thanks for the feedback in advance.
