  1. Dunno a whole amount about dut but i'm guessing the sides (if you get them) are similar to fin, right?
  2. The gyno was something I had from puberty but only recently sorted it out. Its funny you mention diet, my testosterone was 36.5 nmol/L and my free was 0.521 nmol/L 6 months ago when I was on keto but my shbg ws at 70 nmol/L. Now that I' no longer doing keto, my test is 17.5nmol/L, free 0.227 nmol/Land shbg at 65 nmol/L. I know that the amount of fat you intake has an effect on your testosterone but the shbg still remains high after all these months. Had bloods done for everything else (thyroid, vitamins, etc) and it came back fine. Thank you for trying to help though, I'll check out Ray Peat! My hair loss has been relatively slow but in the past 6 months has increased rapidly. Its actually really messing with my mental health so I dunno. I'm thinking just go for fin (gonna start with 0.25mg once every week) and see what happens. I've also done a DHT blood test and am waiting for the results, so lets see what it shows.
  3. I'm in the UK and the NHS GP's don't really care about looking into issues like this. They just tell you that its most likely stress related to try and push you out the door. Hmm, isn't Dutasteride a stronger version of Finasteride? Isn't it more likely to give me issues?
  4. Hi everyone, As the title says, I have little to no libido and have been this way for the past year. Have had tests done and my testosterone seems to be fine, but my free test is somewhat low. Along with this, my SGBH is sky high but my GP says there is not issue with this. Either way, I have been losing my hair consistently but its become quite bad over the past year (33) and I've been considering taking fin but have been worried about side effects. I also recently had gyno surgery so that has also been weighing on my mind. My hair isn't super bad but its definitely noticeable now. I have the money for future hair transplants but was thinking I should stabilise it beforehand. I'm just looking for some advice. Is anyone here in or has been in my situation? Thanks
