From your list i would select either dr Yaman or Dr Bicer. They are both geat doctors. Dr yaman is really good at higher norwood cases and he has great results in simmilar cases like your case. You could search for dr bicer and dr yaman resuls on this forum by typing their name in the search bar.

Happy growing...You did a great choice of surgeon and you will have a very dense hairline. I think hairline is the most important part and it needs high density so it doesn't look see through. You can always go for a touch up next year to add some density for crown , so thats not a problem at all. Be patient for your final result.

Well I have seen more cases from Dr Yaman, so i would definitely choose him. Dr Yaman is an ethical doctor and he has many great results on this community which you can check. You would be in safe hands with him. Other options could be turan, Gur and Demirsoy at a decent price.

I booked in Octobre 2023, 1,50€ per Graft.

They had a minimum fee of 3000€, which means for example 1500 grafts =3000€, 2000 grafts also 3000€.

Now I think they increased ther prices to 1.75€ or 1.80€ (pretty sure one of these two prices).

I think that the standard package is great as well, but it gave my mind more ease because of more doctor involvement (extraction) and maybe less chance of overharvesting (big big maybe), but I think the team is great as well, recording to other patients stories here in HNR).

 

 

Dr Gur still have the standard package though. Its about 3000-3500 euros for approximately 3300+ grafts. My opinion is that someone could easily select the standard package as the technician of dr gur is well trained to do the extractions like the doctor.So it doesnt mean if you sleect the vip package you will get better result, problaly it will be the same.. But for psychological reasons someone might want the doctor to do the extractions...

Its normal to shed 2 months after a hair transplant. From month 3 you will see some hairs to grow again and your final result will be at 12 months. Be patient.

Dr yaman is a great doctor and s afe budget solution. Dr Yaman does a few patient per day 2-3 max and participates in all of his procedures. He is doing the plan, design, and incisions in each of his patients. He has the same involevement with other well known clinics. For Example in Eugenix clinic the doctors do the same parts like dr Yaman and they have the same doctor incovlement. So in every clinic techs do some parts of the procedure. Thats completely normal.

You can find many great reviews from his patiens on this forum. Dont focus on words of some members which have never done a procedure with him to judge him. Just focus on real patient reviews. Dr Yaman has many great results and satisfied patients on this forum which you can check.

Finasteride has a low chance of side effects though. You could even try low dosage of finasteride.
Dr Yaman has an option for a 2-day surgery up to 6000 grafts with manual punch. You could ask for that option too if you dont want to do another surgery. Or do one day surgery this year and do another one next year if you want the maximum result.

Do not trust google reviews...the best thing to do is to search about the doctors you are interested on this forum or other forums in the internet and check their patients threads. Where did you hear about smile and Dr aygin?
Dr Yaman has many good results on this forum, which you could have a look by typing his name on the search bar.

Finally you should also start finasteride to stabilise your hair loss.

Indeed your donor looks strong enough. So you are a good candidate for a hair transplant..

Both turan and Yaman are great options. You could also consider Dr Gur who belongs to FUECAPILAR like dr Turan. Have you contacted Dr Gur? Dr Gur is a bit more conservative than Dr Turan.

In general If i was a higher norwood i would select dr Yaman, since i have seen more cases from Dr yaman in higher nowroods in which he gave them great coverage. if i was a lower norwood i would select Dr Turan. So in your case i would select Dr Yaman, but Turan and Gur should be good too. Another option would be Dr Demirsoy at similar cost. Good luck !

At the standard package Dr Gur does the incisions, plan and design while the rest is done by techs. The same with Dr Yaman.
Dr Turan does implantation himself, while extractions is done by his tech. So by selecting any of these doctors you will have both doctor and tech involvement in the procedure.
