  1. Had a look into it and it seems to be fine on letterhead paper as long as it’s signed in ink etc just wasn’t what I was expecting from the clinic.
  2. Thanks for the replies guys. To clarify they said they would email me the prescription and they’ve sent over on a letterhead a list of the medication required and signed by the doctor but I was expecting it to be on an actual prescription form so wasn’t sure if it would suffice. I wrongly assumed it was included in the aftercare package.
  3. Hi I have my surgery booked in for August this year in London and I was expecting all medication (amoxicillin etc) to be provided post op but they have asked me to go to the pharmacy and purchase my own. Is this normal and surely I need a prescription is it just a case of seeing my doctor explain I’m having surgery and they will write a prescription? Caught me off guard. Thanks
  4. Ah ok maybe someone with a grudge then! Makes it harder for us all.
  5. Thank you it was a Facebook site basically calling him a conman and saying he pays for people to say he is one of the best. Yeah I‘ve had a few clinics come back and give me an idea of cost and procedure but would like to see me in person first which is reassuring and what I would have done anyway. Hoping to have consultations over the next 4-6 weeks and will report on the outcomes.
  6. Thanks, liked the look of Dr Ed Ball but then found this. Not sure if it’s someone with a grudge or genuine. This is what makes it hard to find a surgeon you can trust. I like Dr Reddy but just a tad out of my price range, happy to pay around £10k but may end up being around £15k I know you get what you pay for so may save up a bit more cash first.
  7. On the link below, also on Dr Bonaros website it says ‘Getting a hair transplant at our clinic in Glasgow will cost you about £3 per graft. ‘
  8. Sounds brilliant glad you got what you wanted so far. If you don’t mind me asking was the 2019 grafts at around about £3 per graft?
  9. Just had a look at Dr Bonaros I’m impressed and surprised it’s only £3 per graft maybe because it’s not in London. Will make contact for a consultation.
  10. Thanks for that. I will schedule a consultation next week and feedback. Hope yours went as you hoped and you recovered well.
  11. Thanks quite reassuring. Yes have contacted Dr Mark Tam too and looking at Dr Farjo. Quite happy with Kensington so far only little red flags are the supposed change of address and lack of patient photos.
  12. Has anyone used Kensington and Dr Zaman? He has the following qualifications but not sure if any good? International Certification in Hair Transplantation Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) - 2019 Membership of FUE Europe Looked him up on CQS but he’s down as ‘One Medical Clinics’ They aren’t on TrustPilot so can’t see many reviews although Trust Index and Google reviews seem good. One thing that worries me is I’ve heard they’ve moved to Chiswick but they still have Kensington down as their address on website and no mention of their new address. They only see 1 patient per day which attracted me to them but want to know more before I book a consultation.
