I am from PA in the USA. I had an amazing 2nd trip to see Dr. Serkan and his team. This being my second trip I knew what was going to happen and the process. I was incredibly pleased with my first trip and the results. I came back for the second to take care of the crown of my head and to improve the fullness. First time I had 4000 grafts second time I had 2700 grafts. Here are a few key takeaways from me on my second trip. 1. The service from the airport to hotel to clinic was great and always on time. 2. When we showed up at clinic it was amazing that the team remembered me by name and took the time to reconnect with me. Staff is incredible! 3. On day of surgery I had the same surgery team as I did the first time. It was so reassuring and great to connect and have fun with them for the 6 hours in surgery. We listened to Justin Timberlake and Jay Z the entire time. 4. This time I had absolutely no pain and actually sleep very well the night after the surgery. i will continue to post pictures each month of my progress.

I am from PA in the USA. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Serkan and his team. Key point for me. 1. I was safe at all time and never had an issue with the language barrier. The staff always had someone right there to translate and also just talk with me and make me feel at home. 2. The facilities are world class! The office and surgical rooms are better than most in the US. 3. The ease of understanding the process and what to expect was spot on every step of the way. I have my surgery on 2/15/23. I will show picture and video if possible on this site. I have cut my hair very short to let the hair all grow in at the same rate. At week 3 I started to loss about 1/3 of the transplant hair, but it has already started to grow back in.
