    If you have surgery in Australia you will regret it. A week ago I was looking at results from Dr Vikram Jayaprakash and 2,800 grafts were utilized to cover a Norwood 6 patient. Doubles all along the front hairline and grafts implanted at 45 degrees. I also saw other work. You must travel if you live in Australia/New Zealand if you wish to have surgery. As a repair patient myself I have taken a very keen i interest in hair restoration over the past 38 years. Both here and abroad. Have a look at patient posted results on this forum and see who the doctors are that perform them. You only get one chance at this. All the best.

    I totally agree with @Gatsby . I had two previous surgeries with HTM in Melbourne very very average results. Trust me travel overseas my 3rd was with Eugenix can't comment on the results yet as I am only 2 months post surgery . But totally different experience at Eugenix.  Pm if you want aswell .

    Work looks clean and implantation looks perfect ....dr das is doing good work  ....we are on a same ship ...i had mine on 2nd may and you had yours on 4th....you have chosen to spread grafts all over the scalp and i have chosen to do a dense packing from hairline till mid scalp ....i wish we both get the desired outcome ...best of luck to you...will be following your journey closely ...

    @A_4_Archan

    Thankyou for the kind words . Wishing you best of luck on your journey mate . Im sure you will have a super result

    Happy growing. So why dr DAs didn’t use beard grafts as it was originally planned ?

    @Belve  Beard was from an online consultation.  After she inspected my donor during the pre op she said  there was no need to use beard, as I had enough donor on my head.

    Very clean work. Will follow your progress.

    How much grafts did you get from first 2 FUT ? if you can share.

    @duckling

    Thankyou . This time was much cleaner than my previous ops . The Australian doctor from my previous surgeries told me 3600 and 2400. But I don't believe it was anywhere near that number . Very average result last two times

  5. Hi Community,  First of all I would like to thank current members for all their reviews and comments, which helped my decide on having my 3rd transplant with Dr Das it was a hard decision to make after having two previous Fut in Australia with a very average result . Praying this time things will be different . 🙏

    The operation was a completely different experience this time . Eugenix runs like a very well oiled machine.  Everyone plays their part well . I'm currently day 3 with very little swelling . Unlike my previous Australian surgeries when by day three both eyes were completely swelled shut .

    I can't speak for the results yet but just from the post operation photos compared to my previous surgery it is night and day .

    No swelling ,much more dense and alot cleaner .

    Originally we planned for 4200 graphs . 3000 from scalp 1200 from beard . But after Dr Das having a close inspection she decided to go with 3500 and all from the scalp.

    Here are my photos please let me know what you think

  6. Long time lurker from Melbourne , I finally bit the bullet and decided put my trust in Eugenix , Dr Das with an estimated 4200 grafts in may 2023 . Just wanted a bit of input from members on my current situation as I had a average result from a local transplant surgeon in Melbourne 2020 had 3600 grafts put into the frontal third / half .  I'm a Norwood 6  below is my current situation and my 10 day post op photo from my surgery back in 2020. Does it look like 3600 grafts implanted ? Do you believe I'm a good candidate for a second surgery?

    Thanks
