@GatsbyThanks for the comment. I've only ever been on the oral finasteride, so candidly I'm not sure if the side effects are negligible. That was part of why I was considering the topical option.

I have been oral finasteride for a number of years and I'm considering the differing topical options to (ideally) reduce systemic effects. After reading reviews on the Fin vs Fin website, I'm leaning towards the Xyon topical finasteride option. What is giving me pause however is this article: https://perfecthairhealth.com/topical-finasteride-the-best-dosage-for-maximizing-regrowth-and-minimizing-side-effects/ It seems all of the topical options would far exceed the recommended maximum dose, per the article. Would appreciate any feedback others may have on this.
