Hello,
I was in similar situation. I travelled from London to Istanbul to get my hair done back in 2020.
From that list I would recommend Ozlem Bicer from what i read online (I got mine from Hairneva Guncel Ozturk). During that time I found her little pricey for the country and had a waitlist also.
What I know about Turkish clinics you should avoid 3 kind of clinics:
1) Clinics lacking of expertise: But have a marketing budget for social media
2) Clinics w/ poor reputation (known as hairmills): I am not going to elaborate you should know
3) Unhygienic or unprofessional practices: Especially after the pandemic started every clinic in Turkey advertise themself as Covid-19 proof. Don't let them fool you! And for the profiecency, don't go a surgeon who cuts corners or lacks professionalism. Can increase the risk of complications, infections, and unsatisfactory results for you.
Good luck!
