Hi all. Need some advice. 5ish months into HT. I noticed there was a scab on my head which felt like a pimple. Left it to recover on its own. Today about 3 weeks later I accidentally scratched it and this happened: I also have another hair follicle that looks like it’s going the same way. Is this like an infection that’s spreading? Will I get these back? GF thinks I’m not hydrated enough or eating the wrong things. I am going to stop touching my head so often after this. thanks
