Then post your photos and ask for suggestions. What's your budget? Where are you willing to travel?
I don't care about manual or motorized extraction. I've had both and they were both excellent. I do, however, prefer manual placement over pre-made incisions on the recipient area.
Thanks your help. I will upload some pics in due course.
1. Yes , I am willing to travel but would prefer to stay in Uk. I haven’t heard of many great clinics in Uk.
2. 6-7500k
just dipping my toe into this transplant.

Manual or motorised a good skilled surgeon wud produce a good result with any technique he/she is comfortable with..so dnt dig deep into it as evry technique has its positives and flaws ...better focus on the hands using the technique they r comfortable and confident about...
For choosing a surgeon u cn go to recommended list and shortlist 2-3 from that after seeing their patient gallery and consult them and compare them and thn take ur decision ...choose wisely 😊
I have used the recommended list and I’m still very confused quite frankly.

Incredible results and should serve as a sticky for every young man wishing to race off to Turkey for a low hairline. Those scars will improve over time and the patient does have the option of styling his hair forward to cover this if he feels self conscious. Personally I would just pass it off as bad acne, etc, if anyone asked. But the hairline design is perfect and no grafts were wasted. I think I would have serious hesitations (from my own experience with this) about moving forward to have a forehead reduction excision. He runs a very real risk of ending up where he started from re: scars. Thanks for sharing!
He could maybe get a skin peel for his scars and laser work.

Hello,
please can someone advise which get better result manual or motored FUE.
Does anymore else find deal with Turkey recommended clinics on this forum a little frustrating. The price is not even favourable any longer either compared to elite in Europe.

First I would like to ask why Turkey? Then, I want to tell you that the two names you mentioned are of two completely different levels: the first one is a very good surgeon who does all the procedure by himself (the only thing I would change if I were him, is his consultant, moderator on an Italian forum, not exactly the best of ethics), the second is a hair mill (even if the best hair mill in Istanbul together with Serkan Ayigin), which produces excellent results if you are lucky to end up in the best team of technicians his has.
I totally agree with you regarding his consultant.

Thanks for the input. Oddly enough, my hair caliber is over 70, which I think is I. The thicker side, I'm hoping it continues to thicken over time
I think it looks natural mate.

I would absolutely say don't stay in the UK or go to Dr Arshad, there are much better options in Europe.
Thanks mate

Thanks much appreciated.
I have learnt so much from this forum in under a week while starting off my journey.
Obviously price is important especially if travelling aboard but not at the expense of quality and longterm consequences.
Just keep advice coming please.
Cheers

Dr. Ferreira is an excellent doctor, he isn’t currently recommended, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t good.
Yeah, I’ve seen positive comments but like you say he is not on recommended list in the forum.
It is minefield trying to work it out and make a good decision. Ideally, I would love to stay in UK but I’ve heard only of 1 doctor(Arshad) recommended and I am getting conflicting information. Additionally, I have contacted them myself and the amount grafts suggested is very low compared to the quotes from like of other recommended highly respected doctors on this forum. Funnily enough they quote around the same amount(2500-2800) grafts. I heard a few stories about Arshad clinic under quoting which I think is still happening now.

easy buddy,
I am also from the UK & would recommend looking at some MUCH better clinics in Europe for the same price and even cheaper! There are a few decent clinics in the UK but in my opinion they are no match for the European DR’s.. Bisanga, Pinto, Freitas, Ferreira, Mwamba the list goes on 🤣
Thanks. Had my eyes opened since joining this forum and it is greatly appreciate it.
I’ve cancelled my consultation with wimpole.

Where would I find the doctors recommended please?
I am in uk. The clinic I mentioned above is the longest serving in the uk in Harley street.
