  1. Just an update: the issue above became progressively worse and my scalp started to itch and flake even more so. I contacted my Dr from the transplant who suggested I buy Clobetasol and rub it into the affected areas twice a day. It worked like a charm. One day in and the issue is gone. It didn´t affect the recipient area, but it´s nice to be able to sleep again!
  2. I'm now 4 days post FUE after a successful experience with Dr Gur in Turkey, inserting 3300 grafts. As with many, my recipient area is very itchy but I am following the instructions to the letter. However, my crown area (not recipient, not donor) is now also inflamed, red and itchy, which I've never experienced before. Is this a common side effect of a hair transplant? Could it be a side effect of the lotion, the shampoo or just because my head is shaved and I can't wash in the way that I'm used to? Between the recipient area, the donor area and now this, my life is currently one big itch!
  3. Thanks everyone! This has put me in better spirits.
  4. Hello all, First and foremost, thank you all for this wonderful resource. I spent a good 6 months researching my options and this forum has been invaluable, resulting in a FUE operation scheduled with Dr Gur in Turkey in a little under 2 weeks time. The one thing I seem to get conflicting results for, no matter how much I search, is the first few weeks immediately post-transplant. What exactly can I do? Must I stay inside and do no exercise at all? When can I start going for walks again? When can I start to work-out properly again? Thanks in advance!
