Guys, I'm 4 months in, but this is what my donor area is looking like!! I can ruffle the sides to make it look better, But is this likely over harvesting or is it going to get better? Please be kind!! (Attached a wet picture)

I do notice Pbaird98 does have an opinion on every thread on this forum. But doesn't want to share his background. I must say I spoke to Dr Moussa and he came across as a true professional. However, I do believe I only have one/two goes at this so I've decided to step back and look in to it more.

John Henry, I cancelled my appointment today with Dr Moussa. Do you have any British recommendations? I did kindly ask Pbaird98 for his background in HT, but didn't hear back. (I was being sincere)

Pbaird98, thank you for those suggestions 👍 much appreciated Dr Zarev's work in Bulgaria looks brilliant. I've contacted Dr Pittella and Zarev, see what their opinions are for me. I see you're very active on most threads, can I ask your background with HT, to be very informative? Do you work in a clinic or something? 👍

If this Dr could guarantee me 3,000 first go and 2,000 on the next, plus adding 'meds' do you think it could be a decent outcome?

I've clicked on his name however Ii can't figure out how to navigate his thread of his surgery etc. I noticed I was only allowed to post a few posts before begin locked out for 24hrs. (I find that a bit odd for a forum to discuss things) haha. Thanks again

Thank you for your input Pbaird98. Tbf Mr Moussa has suggested possibility of 5000 Grafts over 2 surgery's. So it's definitely giving me something to ponder. I will look at the thread later today.

PBaird, this is Eugenx proposal of 5,00-5,500 Grafts needed. So with your opinion of 7,000+ would you suggest I'm not going to get a decent result because I'd fall 2,000 grafts short? Thanks 😊

No nothing mate. I've actually paid a deposit (not sure if it's refundable) maybe I should look in too it a bit more. Eugenix suggested the surgery over two days and it would be completed. (I'm sure that's what they suggested) I've literally just messaged Dr Sethi on Insta, see if he replies. I was pretty much hoping for a surgery soon as I'm very busy and had a nice window in January to have surgery and 5 weeks recovery.

I did message Eugenx Hair, and they suggested 5,000 grafts. Yeah I do have a good beard so I'm told.

Thank you for your reply. Can I ask why you say its unlikely this op wouldn't go well? Again I'm genuinely not trying to come across defensive. But when I spoke with the surgeon he suggested they wouldn't take more grafts out due to possibly over harvesting!
