I have dark hair and very fair skin. I'm considering getting a conservative 1400 graft frontal HT from the temples tapering to the windows peak. I'm concerned density may look too sparse with my hair color and skin tone. Does anyone have any experience with very fair skin and dark hair?

None of his before and after hair transplant pictures are very impressive. I was considering getting a consultation with him because he seemed so knowledgable in his videos, but I'm unsure because his before and afters are unimpressive.

I have a HT schedule for january with a very good HT doctor. We did a virtual consultation and decided on 1400-1800 grafts onto the frontal hairline, however, I'm having second thoughts because of the diffusion. Has anyone regretted getting a HT while experience slow diffusion over many years?
