Thanks. Does that type of crown loss usually mean unsuitable candidate for example if I don't respond well to finasteride?

Worried that I'm not a good candidate for a transplant. I'm not on fin or min but I have an appointment with my doc tomorrow to try get on fin. Pictures attached. Any feedback is much appreciated. Thank you!
