the strange thing about my hair loss is 1. No one in my family have male pattern baldness, I’m the only one.. I guess bad luck. 
2. It have not not getting noticeably worse after 12 years ago. As far as I remember, most of the hair loss was 12 years ago in a few months (over a summer if I remember correctly). Since then very slow progress (if at all?).

hello im 32 norwood 5 diffuse thinner been losing hair since 30 im good responder to medication especially minoxidil which increase my density so fast i can't take medication all my life especially finasteride i want permenant solution i want to do ht and fill my top with 5000/6000 grafts and forget about it some people told me baldness slow down after 35 so i can do my ht and others told me its dangerous any time because i have full head of hair and shock loss could happen and i dont know what to do and when

great result why you dont use finasteride for the crown do you think you can keep long time result without it

stick to the medication and trust the process i can see a great progression from where you start and still have many more months to improve im sure you gonna be satisfied

my case is just like this case the same pattern diffuse nw5 and the same hair quality and donor can i have the surgery and fill it all with 5000 grafts and stop taking finasteride

its awesome for the number of grafts and you still have months to get better and for sure you still have decent number of grafts in the bank if you need touch up in the future all the best
