  1. He explained me both techniques and told me in my case fut was preferable: higher survival rate, scar can be hidden and no need to shave, leaves plenty of donor intact if I decide to go for a second ht.
  2. Forgot to add that prior to operation they booked me for 4 scalp treatments, and now i'm going to have another 6 treatments, plus finasteride prescritpion and minxodil prepared directly by them
  3. Hello everyone, i'm 31 and i'm from Italy, so I apologize if my english is not perfect. Yesterday I finally had my hair transplant. My goal was basically to refill the temples and nothing more. I still have lot of density elsewhere except for the crown area which is thinning a little, so they used few grafts also there. but i'd say 90% of the work was done on my frontal area. So I arrived at the clinic around 12:30pm, and left at 19:30. The operation itself took around 6 hours. The team was very professional and experienced. I was a bit worried for the first anesthetic shots but in the end was not a big deal. Except for 2-3 shots that were 7-8/10 pain, the others were 4-5/10 i'd say, but generally it went all away fast. They also gave me something to drink and that thing stoned me for large part of the operation. The only "real" pain I experienced was towards the end, when numbing effects were starting to fade away, but again, nothing major. Now I have some general head pain but nothing crazy, and I know that it will get better soon.
