Are you going to Istanbul by any chance? Literally more people are walking around that airport with bandages on and work done than 'normal' ones. You have a better chance of fitting in going as you are. Also, the minute that you see yourself with a hairline after years of being Baldie McBaldilocks , you go crazy with hair-joy and many things cease to matter :D

I got my transplant done in Belgium which makes it a bit more awkward since it is not common to see foreigners getting this procedure done here.

Anyways, I am at the airport right now, honestly the recipient area healed pretty good and it's not that red and weird looking so I just took off the hat.

Is this you, or a picture you found online? If it's you, did you ask the surgeon about it?

I would imagine that they're wanting to make it look more natural and not so linear, buuuuut... This isn't that. This looks oddly very linear and unnatural, and also very evenly spaced out, so I'm not sure what they were going for with this. (I also don't recall seeing it ever done like this, and it doesn't seem ideal if I'm being honest.)

This is a picture that I have found on a recent journey post here. I have seen a few surgeons doing this same pattern.

I mentioned that the left side of the donor area is pretty much maxed out. Here you can see what I mean:

Depending on the viewing angle and lighting conditions, one notices it more or less

When the hair is a little longer, you can't see it either. However, as already mentioned, this is the biggest point of criticism.

I think you could transplant some beard/body hairs into this area to fill it up if you are up to do another procedure
