  1. Thanks for the names, I saw Dr Bicer name around before and heard she was good but didn't find much curly hair results, guess I have to search more. And yeah I should try to contact Bisanga too and see his estimate. I appreciate the help and infos mate I see about the finasteride and all, for personal reason I'd rather avoid medecine but i'll talk about this with my doctor I guess. I guess your estimate for grafts is to cover everything (hairline + crown) and not only the hairline. I didn't even knew was DUPA was before, since I have a visit to my generalist coming up I can ask him to check this out or refer me to a specialist. Thanks again!
  2. Hello all, I'm considering a hair transplant and just started my journey of looking into it. My biggest goal is to improve my hairline that recessed too much to my liking so i can cover my forhead like i used to do with long curly hair (I also see some hairloss on the crown and it would be nice to cover with better density but i consider that a secondary objective). I still have some questions and would appreciate some help. My main question: 1- I have thin curly Mediterranean hair as seen in the pictures (pic 11 & 12 are the crown area). I read that it's harder to work on and not sure all doctor can do it. I also read that Dr. Bisanga is one of the best for curly hair/afro hair but I’m afraid he will probably be out of my budget. So, I was wondering if there is a doctor in Turkey/Europe/Africa that is also renewed for curly hair? Sadly, I only found very little post/pics of people who had done the hair transplant with hair similar to mine, even on most recommanded clinic page... would appreciate some links. Otherwise I started looking around the forums and saw also there is a doctor in Tunisia (Dr Medded) who is pretty well renewed and can be withing my budget. it's also convenient for me since it's my home country (I don't live there atm). But on his webpage (and some french forum) I didn't see much result of people with curly hair like mine, to be honest like I said before on most clinic page I didn't so again would appreciate some recommandation for my type of hair. otherwise I have other questions: 2- What would my Norwood scale be more or less according to the picture? 3- How do I know that my hair loss stabilized? I’m 35-year-old and it seems to me I’m not losing so much as before but have no certainty about it. 4- Is it true usually one has to still be on finasteride after the surgery to keep the hair? I 'd rather avoid it if possible 5- How many grafts more or less do you think I need to attain my objective of improving the hairline ? (and how much more for improving the crown too) Thanks for the help
