  1. Thanks for your input on the eyebrows people. Any thoughts on the number of grafts, does 1000-1100 grafts for the hair sound alright to you? @DHT @Fue3361 @5BetaReductase @gillenator
  2. Hey there! Please find a photo album here showing my hair now (September 2022) vs. my hair in February 2020, as well as a few shots with different lighting for my eyebrows and hairline gap): https://imgur.com/a/8O3bok9 Context: I started Finasteride 2.5 years ago (and Minoxidil a few months ago). My hair density has grown back a lot. But only up to a certain point, and I'd like to do a hair transplant to fix my crown, my frontal hairline gap (I've always had a frontal hairline gap, there's just very little hair in the middle of my hairline), and my vertex, which are much lower density than the sides. So this transplant would not have the goal of drawing me a new hairline, it would just target this area. The hair surgeon said I wouldn't need a lot of grafts as the Finasteride treatment has worked well, and I'm only 26 years old. He suggested 1000-1100 hairs for the head. Can I get your thoughts on this? I'd also like to use this opportunity to do an eyebrow hair transplant, as they're very lacking in density. They're okay at the base, but the rest of the brows is just so low density you can count the hairs individually. The Dr suggested 300-400 brows in total for both brows. I'd like the result to look natural, it'd be weird if I suddenly had gigantic, super dense eyebrows, but I have no frame of reference to know if 300-400 is is too much or too little. Thanks for your thoughts!
