Phenomenal!
Personally, these results on a finer-haired individual are FAR more impressive than a thick, dark-haired one, where it seems like the surgeon REALLY has to screw up to get a poor result.
-
I think >80% of hairs have popped through by month 6 if not more, but full visual result takes 9+ months.

3 month update:
Right side is growing more quickly, but left side should have more grafts.
So I guess it's FINE to get the scabs off extremely early, like 3-4 days as long as they're ready to go.

any idea of graft breakdown?

I've seen probably close to a thousand reviews, and I have had 4 hair transplants, and its nowhere near 80%. Now, you have some that grow super early, and may have 80% by 6 months. But I would say the majority only have about 50% of growth.
Even the post you cited has like 80-90% of the growth at 6 months!
vs
They're virtually the same (or at least the 12 months doesn't improve more than 25% over month 6, which is what 100% vs 80% is)!
At least for hairline. Can't comment on crown growth timeline.

Yep, was going to say the same, not much has actually changed except texture and length... and of course lighting.
... and I said 80% not 100%, he obviously grew a marginal amount more
-
So far, every transplant I have seen has acheived >80% of final results/density by 6 months. Sure, length increases, follicles "soften", mature, whatever and give the illusion of "more", but after 6 months, improvements seem to only be marginal.
I will amend this statement: Crown grows slower, can't comment on crown growth maturity timeline.

I disagree, I think the grafts look great in post-op, it's clear a lot behind the hairline haven't come in (yet?).
-
Very jealous of dark, thick-haired individuals. They get the best results with like 30% less grafts at least.

It’s only been three weeks since I last updated. I’ll update at the end of august
No prob! Do you think you've improved since the last update? No pics necessary or anything.

any pics of hairline with hair swept back?
-
I've probably only shed around 70-80% of my hairs, but the ones that haven't fallen out are just kinda sticking around not doing anything, maybe ~5-10% are actually growing. Is that the norm? Thanks!

1700 grafts in such a large, slick-bald area is phenomenal results. Incredible really.

any update?

Update? It didn't look great before but hoping you get good results! Was the hairline lowered at all (like putting grafts on slick bald areas) or was it all in existing hairy locations?
-
There should be more hairs on the left side, and there shouldn't be any shedding at that point I don't think.
-
1500 grafts to the temples... I'll reveal surgeon in a few months when results become more clear whether good or bad

Hello! I soaked my transplanted grafts with saline every 5-10 minutes for the first few days, such that no scabs really formed, just the little white balls of tissue that popped up after a shower... which I was able to wash off by day 4-5. Didn't notice any bleeding, no hairs fell out, MAYBE? a single graft came out, but again no bleeding or pain. I know in wound care it is good to keep the wound moist for reepithelialization so I did the same... seems to have worked.

any updates? Thanks!

now that you mention it, the midscalp looks way fuller even though no grafts were put in there... maybe a combination of hopping on Fin/minox?
