Yeah, finasteride is important. I didn't want to take it but I've seen too many good results from it to ignore the obvious any longer. No problems so far. Also, no improvements but no continued loss so it's a wash which is fine. I was told that if it holds me in place then that's a good foundation to build on.

Aren't grafts also follicles? I think you mean hairs?

I saw this doctor before and he has quality videos on his youtube channel but I don't like the hairlines because he allows too many two hairs in the front line. Here is one where you can really see them. I had to click the quality tab and bump it up to 4K where it really comes through. Nice designs but not my cup of tea.

What is confusing to me is that Dutasteride has such a long half life, what does it matter if the release is slow or long? If it is "dumped" into the system it isn't also dumped back out in a sort of flush is it?

It is difficult to see his hairline since he still wears his hair forward so no one can really say.
