I think the second pic actually is just concealer, so that's why he continues loosing ground later on

One of the things that has always put me off is looking like I'm out of some horror movie in public post transplant for months on end. I work in a public facing role so can't hide away at home forever (also not an option to wear a cap in this time) Is it really as bad as I'm imagining or not that noticeable, please don't sugar coat it
