hi..im new here..im 26 and still have some coverage, but definitely pretty thin on my entire crown area...i was wondering since ive yet to start taking finasteride this week and am about to have a surgery in a month or two with dr. hasson if its too soon..ive done all my research and havent found any answer to if its better to wait or if it makes no difference at all..i heard from a councelor that it wont make a difference if ive been on finasteride for a year before the surgery or if only a month..my hair will react to it the same..it will react or it wont..im just nervous like anyone else would be and wasnt sure if i should try the pill for a year and see how it goes or pull the trigger..any thoughts?
