Sure topical fina goes systemic I have a lot of troubles with 0.025% 3x /week after 4months (penil hurt and prostatis symptoms)
You could try CosmeRNA wich will be available at April. It kill the AR in the folicules by genetic modification and do not decrease DHT. Even women can use it. Only need 1x /week.

Hi everyone, last year I attempted to get on finasteride but struggled with side effects, mainly brain fog and I eventually stopped.
At the start of this year I made a 3rd attempt, only taking 1/8th of a mg per day. This time the brain fog hasn't been as bad, can sort of live with it. However like the last time I have lost morning wood almost completely. Sexual function seems okay at the moment but I'm concerned about the loss of night time errections as I understood they the important for penis health?
1/8th per day is a low dose but I can say it has stopped my head itching almost completely so I'm sure it does some good.
Any advice?
Yes stop it and buy CosmeRNA (SAMiRNA) : /
It will be available next month. It is sides effect free, efficacy is almost the same as Fina (it is for stabilization purpose - not for regrow) and you only have to take 1x/ week. It work by removing AR in folicule using RNA modification. It do not reduce DHT, it remove the AR in the scalp ! So there is no side effect due to loss of DHT 🙂
Even female can take it.
MiRNA technology is developping from 2004 and will be a lot used in cancer traitements on next years.

You cannot get valid result with only one blood test a day, you must do 3-5 a day (as Xyon made) to get an average wich is impossible for us - only lab can do valid blood test to measure DHT, testo and other ...
Your result is not representative of the reality.
DHT & testo varies a lot along a day !

How do you know this? Have you been on for 2 years? I am reading your post history and I do not see that you have ever been on oral minox.

Hello,
You can see here that after 2 years minoxidil is no more effective. However, this is for 5% topical minoxidil so perhaps it is better (or worser) with oral minox... nobody knows !

It seems that very soon in may 2023 we will get result of a scientific study about efficacy & safety that is actually running in Iran : https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT05658094
I hope after that, exosome therapy will be regulated and I hope the results will be good !

Any news about exosome therapy ? My dermatologist speak about that with me and can do it for about 1700$ (total for 5 sessions spaced by 15 days).

You cannot get true value of your dht just by one blood test because you have to make multiple blood test a day (5-6) to get mean. DHT / T varie a lot along a day so you cannot have exact value... So your value are biased.
Saw palmetto do not decrease DHT in blood, only on prostate, so it is not effective to reduce hair loss.

Yes there was shedding indeed. Hope all will be better in the future !

No problem.
So yes they were speaking English during mail conversation and yes I have asked my gp for prescription and he filled it out for free.
I am still a bit lost when it comes to what concentration should I order and how often to use it. I would really like to use it only once a week but I’m not sure what potency should I get
If you want follow Xyon basic protocol you have to take 2% 1x / day

Hey, any tips on getting my hands on oral minoxidil in Europe? Dermatologists are pretty hesitant on prescribing it where I live.
Hello,
I live in France and there are some doctors who prescribe it : Mousseigne (PAris), Paul Benet (Paris). You can also contact dr Anthone to get a virtual appointement with her at cosmedics.
You will have a lot of difficulties to get the pills from your local pharmacy because minoxidil is out of stock in France. So, after to get you pills, you can ask to "Pharmacie Delpech" (Paris) to make them and they can send them to you. The cost is 20EUR+8EUR (fret) for 90 pills of 1mg (3 months) but they can make other concentration.
Pharmacy parati (Italy) also can make them.

I don’t believe there are any herbals that would be worth that much money. It costs almost as much as dutasteride, which is the most powerful anti-DHT drug on the market. I believe the best topical anti-androgen that isn’t a drug is saw palmetto.
Yes I am agree with that, their product is way too expensive for what it is because when I looked at the differents ingredients it would cost only around 15$ per month for the topical serum to produce at home, so for them it would cost perhaps 1$ !
For saw palmetto, their are cases of secondary effect (genycomastia, less libido, retrograde ejaculation, ...). In France, we get a medication called "permixion" for prostatis pain by reducing DHT wich is composed of saw palmeto. In the notice it is said that secondary effects like the one we get with fina can happen. Permixion is saw palmeto at 2x160mg per day.
I just think that this new traitement could be very safe for people who get sides on other products and the fact that it embed a lot of natural products proven to be effective for hair loss seem very interesting..
I hope we will get some advice 🙂

I have looked into it, it is just vitamins. While I believe that vitamins are of some benefit against hair loss, they are not as effective as Fin, minox or prp
In fact it is not only vitamins, it is a combo of vit + a lot of herbal wich are know to be effective for anti hair-loss :

Good morning,
While surfing through publications related to hair loss I came across this research document:
This document compares the efficacy of the following products at 24 weeks: ALRV5XR, Dutasteride 0.5 mg/day, Finasteride 1 mg/day, low-level laser comb treatment (LLLT), Minoxidil 2% and 5%, Nutrafol, and Viviscal. The following image summarizes the results:
We can see as it is indicated in the conclusion of the paper that it is the ALRV5XR which would bring the most benefits.
So I looked at the research paper of this product and the results are very interesting and it turns out that the products are all natural:
All of this is sold in the site : removed
In the research paper, they state that people used for 24 weeks: One capsule (842 mg) twice daily, shampoo (3–7 ml), conditioner (3–7 ml), and topical lotion ( 1ml).
The combo is expensive ($125 / month with a 3-month subscription - $145 without subscription).
However, on their site they specify that the shampoo and conditioner are optional and that the results will be identical with just the use of the capsules and the topical lotion (but slower). Personally, I already use two shampoos alternately (DHT-Striker and Anaphase+). It still costs $100 per month.
However, for the capsules, I think with the list of ingredients one can ask a pharmacy to prepare them. If I need a prescription I will ask my dermatologist. I asked for a quote from the pharmacy to find out if they can make them.
For the lotion, I ordered one. With luck there will be the percentages indicated and a pharmacy will be able to prepare it at a lower cost, and especially without the shipping costs...
Of course, I'm a bit dubious when it comes to natural products, but hey... I tell myself that in addition to the usual minox / fina type treatments, it could be interesting to add this as a supplement. Me following topical spironoclatone + minoxidil that I take in the morning + zinc 10mg, I will add this natural lotion and the supplements (which contain zinc with the other things known to fight against hair loss like vitamin D, biotin, pyridoxine , selenium, Pantothenic, ...).
Anyone know otherwise?

I got brain fog and fatigue for 1 week when I started topical fina 0.025% 3x / week
-
Try to get an ADN test (trichotest from fragon : Removed to get all the medicine that will work for you... Then you will be able to select the medecine you are ok with.
It seems that minoxidil is on Prostaglandines so perhaps other prostaglandines medicine willl have same effect ?
That look like this (this is mine)

Yes take a look at xyon topical duta
