Help needed with choosing HT clinic

I’m trying to get in touch with Dr. Nader since April of this year. The first two emails took two weeks each for him or his assistance to respond. I’m now waiting on his third email response and it has been 4 weeks already. I sent him a follow-up email last weekend in case he missed it. im now debating to just go with Dr. Cortez
