  1. Hey, thanks for sharing. How is the situation? Have you seen new hairs sprouting between 7 and 9 month?
  2. In my case there was no recommendation to use minoxidil but surgery was done in really small clinic. At that time I decided to not use minoxidil because in general I don't want to use it whole life to back up my native hairs (I think that finasteride and dutasteride are enough for them). Afterwards I have found that top clinics recommend usage of minoxidil. Especially when I looked at dr Couto's patients results, I was so impressed that I started to think what he does to get repeatable results with such great survival rates and got scared that I I haven't used maximum potential of regrowth. Then I started to wonder if minoxidil can increase graft survival rate since it affects blood flow and if I should start using it even though it is pretty long time after my transplant.
  3. Hi, I am 5 months after transplant and I haven't been using minoxidil since the operation. Now I wonder if it had an effect on my grafts survival rate (growth is significantly weaker in comparison to other cases found on the forum). It seems that every respected surgeon (Couto, Lorenzo, Feriduni, Bisanga) recommends using minoxidil after FUE. Is it possible that some of my grafts are lost forever just because they weren't backed up by minoxidil? Do you think that I should start using minoxidil to help to grow my transplanted hair or is too late? (I only mean the context of the transplanted hair, supporting native hair isn't my concern). Do you know any FUE cases ending with great regrowth without using minoxidil?
