so don't reconstruct temple peaks, that's my advice.
A new Hairline without temples would look strange. I need to bring them forward a Little bit

Ya, Couto is fantastic. Probably the best w/ temples, but, I don't want to wait 2-4 years which is why I narrowed it down to Ferreira and Laorwong.

I haven't seen many temple points from Laorwong. You don't seem to be impressed by Ferreira for this particular work.
I've seen a few from Laorwong and they look good. Actually, both docs had a similar case where the temple point was too straight and looked unnatural. Laorwong recently fixed it, per the patient (who recently posted here), but, we have not heard from the Ferreira case. That one Ferreira case recently was off-putting and gave me pause, so, here I am pondering what to do.

Deciding between the two. Ferreira a known quantity and Laorwong on fire lately.
Price, waiting time and location NOT taken into consideration.
Specifically wanted for hairline & temple corner, temple point construction.
What say you?

Dr laorwong identified the problem and fixed it free of charge. A dr with high morals and ethics that doesn’t do this job just for money , a very humble talented surgeon im lucky I found him thanks to this forum 😊
Love that.
What’s his WhatsApp number?

It was unshaven procedure dr laorwong shaved it but not my temple. You can see in the pics that he just added approx 20 single grafts to each side to make them more irregular and not so straight I think they worked out well
waiting on pics from clinic to be sent then I’ll post I know my pics aren’t the best quality sorry
Really glad you decided to get that fixed. Too straight doesn’t look natural. This will be a great result!

Hi All. Sorry to keep bringing this thread up but I'm making progress and really appreciate all the advice.
I got responses from Dr De Freitas and Dr Custodio.
Looking at Custodio's work on insta I love the hairline designs, especially the corners where he works the hairline into the temples. When he does the somewhat more aggressive hairlines they look superb. Some of the results are exactly what I'm looking for. As said though I have only seen clinic posted results. No Patient posted results or reviews.
With De Frietas I have seen a bunch of reviews etc and his work is also great. He has quoted a bigger operation but I'm totally good with that as I'm not losing at all and the result is far more important than price. Actually both docs quoted a reasonable price.
MY couple of questions. Do people know if De. Freitas also works into the temples at all? I don't need temple reconstruction but I just really like when docs work the hairline into the top of the temples a bit and curve it out.
Secondly do any of you have any personal experience with either doctor?
Thank you
I have not seen any Freitas temple points done.

Wow, this is a spectacular result!

Looks great. Love the design. Going to have an excellent result

To get an informed opinion from the posters here; you should post pics and full description of what you are looking to do. Then educated answers will follow.

Let us know who you ultimately go with. I am in the same boat. Want temple corners and points done, great candidate, but, cannot find a decent doc that I like.

Tough category.
Pinto is conservative
Ferreira is good but has a recent temple point case that was not very great
Freitas doesn’t temples
Pekiner and Nader unsure

This is looking great already, congrats!
Those aggressive temporal peaks Couto does have a huge impact on creating a youthful look. I wish more surgeons started engaging with them.
Exactly

it is very subjective.
for example, many people think that de Freitas is very good for hairline but I really dislike his works.
Of course. That’s why I’m asking for YOUR top 3

Nice result, but, kind of a lot of grafts to burn in such a small area.

Very tough. Only a few doctors get it consistently right, and even they sometimes have failures
